Oh what could have been. After Batman V Superman broke my poor little nerd heart, hope came along with a beautiful trailer for Suicide Squad to try to mend it back together. But it became apparent all too soon that the DCEU just wanted to make me cry. This is the film that I would show in a masterclass to demonstrate the repercussions of studio interference. And while I still think David Ayer is a talented individual, it’s unfortunate that this movie will forever stain his resume. Oh what could have been. Featuring Special Guest Star Evan Solomon Berger!
